Counter-Notification

If you believe the content was removed or disabled by mistake, you may send a counter-notification. Your counter-notice should include:

  1. Your name, address, and contact details.
  2. The URL of the content that was removed or disabled.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in your location (or where required by law).
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Repeat Infringers

We may terminate access for users who are repeat infringers, in appropriate circumstances.
